Our classes will focus on proper breathing combined with movement and poses to lengthen and strengthen your body. Deep breathing with meaningful movement creates lasting health benefits both internally and externally. Regardless of your fitness level, you are sure to find a class that fits your needs and will improve your overall health.

BEGINNING AND BEYOND: This class is a beginner/intermediate level class, designed to instruct new students as well as challenge those students wanting to refine or improve their practice. Verbal cues and modifications will be given during each class to fit all skill levels. Each session will focus on mindful breathing techniques and proper alignment with poses. This slow-moderate paced class will allow students to learn how to safely integrate breathing and movement to improve their focus, concentration, flexibility and strength.

FLOW YOGA: A moderately-paced Vinyasa class integrating a flowing sequence of poses with breath awareness. A regular Vinyasa yoga practice will help to build stamina and strength. Students will learn the internal and external benefits of yoga. The external benefits of yoga such as improved posture, balance, flexibility, coordination and strength have been known for a long time. Come experience the many internal benefits such as improved circulation and blood flow, improved heart, lung, digestive and bone health, and improved focus/concentration.

STRETCH AND TONE YOGA: All yoga is stretching, but not all stretching is yoga! This 45-minute class will combine both yoga poses and stretching to improve your flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance and coordination. Perfect for athletes and golfers who need stretching to remain at the top of their game, as well as for individuals who sit at their job all day and need stretching!
GENTLE YOGA: Get all the benefits of yoga in a slower-paced class where props are frequently used. Props may include chairs, bolsters, blocks, a wall, or working at the barre. This class is perfect for anyone with chronic health conditions or is recovering from an injury. Modifications will be a primary focus in this class, also making it a great prenatal class.

MAT PILATES: Classical mat Pilates teaching the original series developed by Joseph Pilates. These exercises can be tailored to any fitness level. Pilates offers numerous health benefits including: increased focus and concentration, improved posture, stronger core muscles, improved spine and bone health, and a longer-leaner physique.

FUSION: YOGA/BARRE: This low-impact class incorporates exercises from Pilates, yoga, and ballet to create a toned physique. The barre, free weights, and weight-bearing exercises will be used to build strength. High repetition of small-range movements combined with stretching will target troubled areas, sculpt muscles, and improve your body awareness. This class is appropriate for all levels, including prenatal.

BARRE: Moderately paced class using high repetition of small-range movements along with stretching to improve your overall strength, flexibility and general conditioning.

BODY & MIND YOGA: This class uses basic yoga postures followed by meditation, to quiet the mind and feel more balanced. Anyone can practice mindfulness-based stress reduction following these poses. No experience is necessary. Body & Mind is good for everyone– regardless of age, background or physical ability. Group meditation helps develop a consistent personal practice. It adds strength to our intention to become more relaxed, and less reactive. Your instructor is always there, available for feedback. This class is appropriate for all levels, including prenatal. This is a fun way to learn a new skill, good for the mind, body and spirit!
